Application Letter
Which is an official letter in the form of a business letter or letter used to apply for a job at a particular company or agency.
What is an Application Letter?
Application Letter or often referred to as a cover letter. An application letter is a document used to apply for a job. This letter is usually accompanied by a resume containing additional information regarding the applicant's abilities and work experience.
There is an important thing that you must include in making an application letter, which is to provide a detailed explanation of why you are a suitable candidate for the job being applied for. The choice of words and language must be effective and the reasons must also be in accordance with the job to be applied for.
Format Application Letter
How to make a good Application Letter is to use a formal business writing format. The format of writing in this document has several special characteristics, namely by using professional language. Make sure that in writing the application letter there are no typos and the slightest grammatical error. Do not forget to include contact information so that it is easy to contact.
The application letter should explain why the job you are applying for is a good fit for you. You can also describe experiences you've had where those experiences are still related to the job you're applying for.
A good application letter format is not long, short, concise and clear.
Format detail to make an Application Letter :
1. Heading
In the heading section , you can write detailed information about your identity. Like the name, the full address includes the city, province and zip code, telephone number and email. Then write the date of the letter on the next line. Don't forget to write down the name of the recruiter, his position and the full address of the recruiter.
2. Subject
When applying for jobs online, you must write in the subject section the job you are applying for along with your name. By writing a name on the subject, recruiters will be clearer about the name and what position you will take.
3. Greeting
Start writing the application letter with a greeting or greeting . For example Dr / Mr / Mrs. But if you don't know the name of the recruiter, then you can write Deaing hiring manager .
4. Body of Letter
The first paragraph can explain why you wrote the letter. Mention the job you are applying for and where you found the job vacancy. The second paragraph should contain what you have to offer the recruiter including your skills and work experience. State why you are the strongest candidate for the job. The third paragraph contains a thank you to the recruiter.
5. Signature
Signature on the application letter in polite language such as regards or sincerely. Then add a signature followed by a clear name. If you're sending via email, you just need to write down your full name followed by contact information.

I will be very pleased to come for an interview since I am self-motivated, hard working, and able to work alone as well as in team environment.
